ZYO PLAYER · SOFTWARE
Terms & Conditions
ZYO is a media player. It does not supply channels, playlists, movies, series or television subscriptions.
1. What ZYO provides
These terms cover your use of the ZYO Player software and its account features. The player provides tools to organise and play compatible media sources that you supply. Creating an ZYO account or activating the player does not give you access to any television or other media content.
2. Your media sources
You are responsible for ensuring that the sources and content you access are lawful and that you are legally entitled to use them. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions or subscriptions required for your content. Do not use ZYO to bypass access restrictions or use another person's credentials without permission. Any separate content subscription remains between you and that service.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account details, keep your password private and use the account only for authorised purposes. Do not attempt to access another account, interfere with the service or compromise connected devices. Acceptance of these terms is required when creating an account; the accepted version and time are recorded.
4. Playback and compatibility
Playback depends on your device, operating system, network, source availability and media format. A channel name or a resolution label does not guarantee the resolution of the supplied stream. External players have their own behaviour and terms. Some ZYO features are still being developed or tested, and feature availability depends on your installed version.
5. Your content and software rights
You retain your rights in material you add. Adding a source does not transfer ownership of that content to ZYO. ZYO branding and software components remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Third-party software components are governed by their applicable licences.
6. Account information and settings
Account features use the details you provide and the device settings reported by the application. Settings and activation services may require an internet connection. An online indicator shows recent communication with the application, not proof that a particular programme is being watched. Do not put sensitive personal information in labels or notes.
7. Updates and availability
The software may change as development continues. Updates may be needed for new playback engines or features. Maintenance or source failures can interrupt playback or account access. Important changes to these terms will be identified by a new version; a new version is not treated as accepted merely because you accepted an earlier one.
8. Payments and statutory rights
ZYO does not process purchases or sell television subscriptions. Any future paid offer must state its price, operator details, relevant contact information and applicable purchase terms before a purchase is made. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
9. Lists added without an account
Lists and device activation are separate. Lists are stored encrypted, managed by you or the account that added them, and deleted when explicitly removed or after 90 days without TV activity. Deleting or replacing a list does not cancel the device activation and does not refund credits. Each TV has its own Device ID. Existing and newly registered devices receive one introductory year (365 days). A confirmed extension consumes one credit permanently and adds 365 days after the current expiry, or from today if expired. Extensions are never charged automatically. No prices, purchases or automatic signup credit grants are currently offered.
These terms apply to ZYO Player. They do not describe a content service.
